Your area of responsibility
With a handful of experts, you work at the heart of every electric motor and skillfully combine knowledge in the areas of processes and machine technology.

The following core tasks are part of your area of activity:

• Responsibility for (further) development of winding technology
• Creation and implementation of technology roadmaps for new and improved manufacturing processes in the area of winding technology (winding including upstream and downstream processes)
• Co-design of the associated machine technology (in close cooperation with the equipment engineering department)
• Rationalization/industrialization of existing processes in close cooperation with production engineering and equipment construction
• Employee promotion and development: Securing and expanding the team's skills to achieve long-term goals
• Technical advice for purchasing on external procurement of windings
